Certification Cost- $999 Includes 50 units of Neurotoxin on 1 model.

Registration Deposit of $500 (Non refundable) $499 due morning of class or before. Cash/Credit Card.

Class Size 6-8

No refunds on deposits but may be used towards future trainings

Class Requirements:

Valid Colorado License in the following fields: Medical Doctor, Dentistry

Nursing Degrees- RN, BSN, MSN, FNP, NP, CRNA on the Neurotoxin Training,

Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Dental Hygiene, Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic 

Bring Model- Models need to arrive at 12:45pm to fill out paperwork
