GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available in any amount. They can be purchased in our spa, by phone or the link below. We can also mail your purchased certificate to the recipient. All Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date and are non refundable. They can be used on services or products of your choice. **all gift certificates have a expiration date. Gift Certificates only have 50% of the value after expiration. Gift Certificates are sold for a dollar amount value and not for particular services, monthly specials or packages.
All packages have a 1 year expiration.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Effective February 1, 2025
To Our Wonderful Patients,
At Bella Vie Med Spa, we value you, our patients, our providers, and the time that is dedicated to each procedure and treatment. To ensure that we can continue offering the best care and service to all patients, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations, noshows and deposits:
Nonrefundable Deposit
Beginning February 1, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all scheduled procedures and treatments. For medical treatments, a deposit of $200 will be required. This deposit ensures that the time and resources are reserved specifically for you and your treatment. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to the total amount owed on the day of your appointment.
Credit Card on File
We now require a valid credit card on file to book any appointment. Please do not be offended if you are asked to provide this information over the phone when scheduling. This card will be used to charge the nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking and, if necessary, the full value of your appointment in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opportunity to receive care.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancelling or rescheduling on the same day is still considered a same-day cancellation. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full value of the scheduled procedure or treatment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us continue to provide exceptional service and care to all of our valued patients.
